Our check-in check-out time is 12 noon. Any early check-in or check-out will be subject to availability and charged accordingly. Any early departure would be liable to pay room night charges for the entire duration of stay.
Rooms will be held on confirmed basis is subject to guarantee either by the company in writing or by the credit card.
Retention & No Show - Retention charges for 1 night would be levied if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to the date of the arrival. In case of No- Shows retention charges equivalent to Room Charge for the entire stay shall be levied.
Non guaranteed reservations will be released one day prior to Arrival date.
Kids Policy - Children up to the age of 12 not to be charged for accommodation if staying in parent's room without any extra amenities. All children above 12 years of age shall be considered as adults for all billing purposes. Children up to the age of 6 shall not to be billed in banquets. Children between 7 and 12 years to be billed at 50%
